Return & Refund Policy – Let’s Conceive

At Let’s Conceive, we prioritize product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for both domestic and international orders.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product must be undamaged, unaltered, and in resalable condition
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and health reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Products with tampered seals or packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance (unless defective)

Let’s Conceive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
Provide order details and reason for return
Upon approval, return instructions will be shared

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Let’s Conceive reserves the right to deduct applicable fees (such as shipping or handling) from the refund amount where necessary.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos as proof

After verification, we may offer:

Replacement, or
Refund, at our sole discretion

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

7. International Orders

Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds will only be processed after successful return and inspection of the product

8. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Conceive shall not be held liable for:

Improper use of products
Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
Delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers
